It’s official: our industry-leading conference will return for the third time next year.
We’ve confirmed Thursday 4 March 2027 as the date for BEYOND ’27 LIVE, with our organisers already hard at work behind the scenes.
And with this year’s iteration proving a hit with delegates, excitement is building internally as the team reviews what stood out and explores new ideas that could improve the event even further.
What to expect
The CBS Arena in Coventry will once again play host to the A-list of leaders and changemakers from across the home-building industry.
Speakers from major developers, builders, industry bodies, suppliers and more will deliver key talks. Experts from the living sectors will provide the latest perspectives on changing consumer and affordable housing trends. It’s already shaping up to be a must-attend conference, with more speakers, exhibitors and sponsors already lined up.
In fact, we have had no choice but to expand the venue’s capacity this time round to ensure we can satisfy the huge demand for tickets we are expecting.
Time for something different?
If you were there in 2026, you’ll have seen the buzz around our roofing and timber frame demonstration areas, where delegates had the chance to get up close and personal – or even try their hand at building a house.
We’re also planning to make the most of the space this year, with exciting new stages and event zones in the works that will be confirmed soon.
