(a) the event is cancelled in full and not rescheduled; or

(b) the event is rescheduled to another date and you notify the organisers in writing that you do not wish to retain your booking for the rescheduled event.

2. Payment terms and conditions for delegates at our BEYOND LIVE events

All fees for attending the event must be paid in full before the date of the event. Failure to pay before the date of the event will result in your booking being cancelled and you will not be permitted to attend the event. No refund or credit will be provided where access is denied due to non-payment.

3. Transferring tickets to an alternative BEYOND LIVE event

You may request to transfer tickets that you have purchased for one event location to another event location if:

(b) your written request to transfer is received by NHBC no later than 10 days before the event date for the original location as specified on the booking form.

If you wish to transfer to an alternative event that holds a higher ticket value, a supplementary charge will be payable. Payment must be received prior to the transfer being applied.

If you choose to transfer to an alternative event of lower ticket value, no refund or credit will be provided for the difference in ticket price. All transfers are subject to NHBC’s approval and may be refused at NHBC’s sole discretion.

4. Substitutions

Subject to clause 1, tickets are non-refundable, however you may nominate an alternative person from your organisation to attend in your place,  provided you notify NHBC in writing up to 48 hours prior to the start of the event, at no extra charge.
