Rare chance to save as BEYOND ’27 LIVE tickets go on sale
NHBC has launched ticket sales for its third annual house-building conference – and those who act fast can save £70.
BEYOND ’27 LIVE returns bigger and better than ever at Coventry’s CBS Arena on 4 March 2027.
To protect industry pockets, ticket prices have been frozen at last year’s levels, while a limited-time super early bird rate is available until the end of 14 October.
With the upcoming event expected to welcome around 1,500 attendees, 35 speakers, 40 exhibitors and leaders in policymaking, construction, development, subcontracting and low-carbon technologies, would-be delegates are encouraged to guarantee their place by booking quickly.
BEYOND ’27 LIVE will feature four stages of content, each of which will host talks, panel discussions and best practice demonstrations around some of the biggest topics in UK house building.
This year’s theme – ‘Future ready. Quality first.’ – reflects NHBC’s mission to help the industry deliver brilliant new homes consistently. The stage being run in partnership with the Future Homes Hub will focus on the practical application of the Future Homes Standard at scale.
In fact, a new Future Home Explorer exhibit is being developed in partnership with Bellway and Smartroof. It will feature a model of a timber-frame house with several low-carbon technologies installed as well as the innovative smartPUC prefabricated utility cupboard.
As with previous BEYOND LIVE events, big names in everything from architecture to roofing and site safety to solar PV systems will also rub shoulders in a dedicated exhibition space ideal for connecting with new customers and suppliers.

The super early bird rate of £279 +VAT offers a saving of £70 on the standard price and is guaranteed to be the lowest price available until all tickets sell out as expected.
