What is BEYOND ’26 LIVE?

BEYOND ’26 LIVE is the national conference for anyone involved in the development of new homes. It’s an all-day experience packed with insightful sessions, lively panel debates, hands-on demos, a full exhibition and valuable networking opportunities. From innovation and future regulations to construction quality and ambitious volume targets to developing the next generation of talent - BEYOND ’26 LIVE puts it all centre stage.

When and where is the event?

BEYOND ’26 LIVE is on Wednesday 25 February 2026 at the CBS Arena, Coventry.

Who can attend?

With the variety of content on offer, BEYOND ’26 LIVE really has something for everyone. Whether you’re a CEO or a trade apprentice, an experienced or potential site manager, a chippy or a roofing contractor, a construction director, a Housing Association, a Local Authority or a customer services manager, BEYOND ’26 LIVE is the perfect chance to learn, connect and be inspired. Whatever your role, you’ll leave future-ready with fresh ideas and new knowledge or skills.

Is there a reduced ticket rate available for Housing Associations (HAs) and Local Authorities (LAs)?

Yes - a reduced ticket rate is available for HAs and LAs. To access this, please contact your NHBC representative directly, or email us at beyond@nhbc.co.uk for further details.

Where is the CBS Arena located?

The CBS Arena is located at Judds Lane, Longford, Coventry, CV6 6GE, UK.

What time does the event start and finish?

The event starts at 08:00 and concludes at 15:30. Please refer to your event agenda for specific session timings.

What should I bring to the conference?

We won’t be issuing physical tickets for this event.  Please show your confirmation email on your mobile at registration or bring a printed copy with you. 

Where do I register upon arrival?

Registration desks are located just inside of Hall 1. Please follow signage in the entrance. The event is taking place in Hall 1 and Hall 2.

Is there a dress code?

The dress code is business casual.

Travel and parking

How do I get to the CBS Arena?

The CBS Arena is located at Judds Lane, Longford, Coventry, CV6 6GE, UK.

By car:

Use postcode CV6 6AQ for your Sat Nav. The Arena is easily accessible from the M6, M69 and A444.


By train:

The CBS Arena is serviced by two mainline train stations.

  • Coventry Arena Train Station: five-minute walk away 
  • Coventry Train Station: 10-15 minutes taxi. Approximately six miles.
Is parking available?

Yes, there is on-site parking at the CBS Arena available. The allocated car park and pre-booking link will be provided to you in your further information email released shortly before the event. Parking for attendees is complimentary when validated either through the pre-booking link or via the on-site parking validation machines.

Are there accessible parking options?

Yes, accessible parking spaces are located close to the main entrance. Please display your blue badge for access.

Facilities and accessibility

Is the venue accessible for people with disabilities?

Yes, the CBS Arena is fully accessible, with step-free entry, accessible toilets and lifts. If you require additional assistance, please notify the Events team at beyond@nhbc.co.uk in advance.

Will subtitles be available for event presentations?

Live captions will be generated for presentations across all stages.

Are there cloakroom facilities?

Yes, a cloakroom is available near the main entrance outside Hall 1 for coats and bags. A small fee may apply.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the Arena.

Will food and drink be provided?

Yes, refreshments, including tea, coffee and snacks, will be available during breaks. Lunch will be provided as part of the conference. Please check the agenda for timings closer to the event.

Can dietary requirements be accommodated?

Yes, please ensure you inform the Events team of any dietary needs during registration or by contacting the team at beyond@nhbc.co.uk in advance.

Are there places to purchase additional food and drink?

CBS Arena has an on-site sports bar (The Anecdote) and a coffee shop (The Mill), both serving a variety of food and drinks.

During the event

Can I bring a guest to the conference?

The conference is only open to registered ticket holders. Guests are not permitted unless prior arrangements have been made with the organisers. Tickets can be purchased here.

Will there be opportunities for networking?

Yes, this is one of the aims of the event, to connect people with new contacts and reconnect with old ones. Networking and refreshment breaks are built into the agenda for this purpose.

Are there charging stations for devices?

Yes, charging stations are available throughout the CBS Arena.

Post-event

Will conference materials be available after the event?

Yes, presentation slides and other materials will be shared with attendees after the conference via email.

How can I provide feedback?

You’ll receive a feedback survey after the event. We value your input to improve future conferences.

Will I earn CPD points from attending and how/when do I receive my certificate?

BEYOND ’26 LIVE is CPD accredited. Once the event has finished, a list of attendees will be sent to CPD and certificates will be issued. This can take up to 12 weeks.
